  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to navigate complex client scenarios.
  • A demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and contributing to a supportive team culture.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, as this role emphasizes remote client interaction.
  • Familiarity with various mental health diagnostic tools and electronic health record systems, streamlining patient assessments and documentation.
  • Experience with a range of therapeutic techniques and an eagerness to integrate new methods to improve patient care.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside an enticing sign-on bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to support your well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance provided for added financial security.
  • Professional liability insurance enabling you to practice with peace of mind.
  • Access to an employee assistance program offering additional resources for personal or professional challenges.
