As a Mental Health Counselor at Mind Addiction Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using tailored modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients' preferences and accessibility needs.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance counseling skills and stay informed of the latest mental health practices.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s Degree; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and foster trust.
• Empathetic, compassionate demeanor and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting or private practice, particularly with a focus on teletherapy, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, telehealth platforms, and evidence-based practices will enhance an applicant’s suitability for this role.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience level. Additional benefits include:
