Compact RN License Required – 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM EST Shift; 15% shift differential. Position Summary At the 24-Hour Nurse Line the Health Coach Consultant utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, to engage, educate, and promote/influence members decisions related to achieving and maintaining optimal health status. Requires an RN with unrestricted active license.

Work At Home Requirements Candidate will work from home (WAH) out of their residence in a Compact RN State. Have reliable phone and hard‐wired internet service. Work schedules are determined by the Leader based on business needs and are not affected by the work model or location.

Colleagues must be reachable via phone, videoconference, and email during work hours (8 Hours per Day) as directed by their Leader. Personal responsibilities, including dependent care, must not interfere with work duties. Dependent care during work hours is generally not allowed.

Be secure and private to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA compliant). Meet any additional reasonable requirements set by the Leader or Company. Job Duties Hours required: 10:00 PM-8:00 AM EST, 8 or 10 hour shift, every other weekend, 4 holidays per year.

Must reside in a nurse Compact State and hold a Compact license. The 24‐Hour Nurse Line provides a telephone‐based information and decision support program to eligible members. The Nurse will be responsible for the following: Facilitates effective health care decision‐making.

Improves the quality of care. Improves member satisfaction with their health care plan. Facilitates appropriate use of health care resources.

Provides up‐to‐date health care information to help facilitate members' understanding of their health problems and possible options. Provides assistance by clarifying available options for the member's particular health problem or issue. Helps members actively and knowledgeably participate with their provider in their own health care decision‐making.

Promotes healthy lifestyles to help lower personal health risks, preventing illness. Awareness of the member's available health and wellness programs, and makes referrals to these programs as appropriate. Required Qualifications Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure.

5+ years of clinical experience required, specifically in: Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, Oncology. Technical Skills Proficient in Multisystem Navigation: Comfortable using multiple monitors and systems simultaneously to streamline tasks and improve efficiency. Effective Multitasker: Skilled at talking and typing concurrently while managing various responsibilities with focus and accuracy.

Basic Technical Troubleshooting: Able to set up and connect essential hardware (monitors, keyboards, etc.) and resolve common technical issues independently. Digital Collaboration & Documentation: Experienced in electronic documentation and virtual collaboration tools to support remote teamwork and communication. Highly Organized & Results‐Oriented: Maintains a structured approach to work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in alignment with performance metrics.

Metric‐Driven Performance: Demonstrates accountability by consistently meeting or exceeding established goals and expectations. Preferred Qualifications Managed Care experience preferred. Previous coaching experience preferred.

Model candidates have telephone triage nursing experience. Education Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent 3-5 years clinical experience preferred.

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $54,095.00 – $142,576.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‐time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‐term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
