• Conduct thorough ongoing assessments to understand and address the unique needs of each patient.
• Facilitate open communication among supervisors, family members, and caregivers regarding client progress and treatment goals.
• Develop and provide a structured schedule to supervisors for appointments, home visits, and client observations to monitor progress effectively.
• Coordinate and conduct home visits to evaluate individual circumstances and gather data through chart reviews and staff interviews.
• Ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans and monitor the fidelity of approaches taken.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care and share insights on best practices.
• Document and maintain monthly and quarterly progress notes, ensuring that all information is up to date and accessible.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, ensuring that staff are proficient in program protocols and documentation standards.
• Provide follow-up to clients through interviews and visits, ensuring continuity of care and support.
• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and the broader mental health community to promote development and recovery goals.

This position will involve working with a diverse client base, including both adults and youth, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. As you build rapport and trust, you will help clients navigate their challenges, focusing on holistic approaches that empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, is essential.
• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use treatment, or trauma interventions is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards applicable to counseling practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software and telehealth platforms is a plus.

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities is advantageous.
• Previous work in telehealth settings, especially in behavioral health, is preferable.
