• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of clients.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based solution-focused interventions.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and facilitate individual and group counseling sessions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation to comply with regulatory standards and protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical skills and care quality.
• Offer education and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health and recovery processes.
• Stay informed on developments in the field through continuous education and professional development activities.

As an LCSW at our detox center, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily individuals battling substance use disorders, as well as those needing mental health services. This role is crucial in guiding clients through their recovery journey, addressing both psychological and addiction-related challenges. You will play a vital role in fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and reintegration into the community.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy, ideally within addiction and mental health settings.
• Proficient in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and crisis intervention strategies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment, contributing to shared goals.

• Expertise in treating co-occurring disorders, including mental health issues alongside substance use disorders.
• Experience in using technology platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions and enhance patient outreach.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to document client interactions efficiently.
