• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused methodologies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances, fostering resilience and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, while also providing timely updates to case files and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed therapists, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and feedback to improve care delivery and organizational practices.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their health journey.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing varying degrees of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychosocial conditions. Your interventions will not only aim to alleviate symptoms but also to promote mental health literacy among clients, leading to long-term well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, with a strong focus on working with diverse populations.

• Proven proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, essential for effective collaboration and patient interaction.

• Three or more years of direct clinical experience in a community health setting or outpatient mental health clinic.
