The Account Lead serves as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and ensures accurate, timely, and well-coordinated abstraction work across all assigned measures, registries, abstractors, client systems, and deadlines. This role supports account health, client satisfaction, abstractor coordination, documentation standards, quality review, billing readiness, and issue escalation. This position does not include direct reports.

This is not a general data entry or abstractor position. Candidates must have direct healthcare registry, clinical chart review, quality reporting, or data abstraction experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary contact for assigned data abstraction client accounts, including routine communication, deadline coordination, client questions, account updates, and feedback.
