• Conduct thorough clinical assessments via telehealth, formulating individualized treatment plans that incorporate best practices and innovative, solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting methodologies to meet diverse client needs in a remote format.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, through virtual meetings to enhance patient care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings utilizing video conferencing tools, fostering an environment of continuous learning and shared expertise.

As an LCSW at OzCare, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
