• Establish and nurture meaningful connections with clients to foster trust and openness during therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide personalized therapy sessions for individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist to ensure alignment on treatment approaches and patient care strategies.
• Document sessions and patient interactions in compliance with both clinical and state requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous education initiatives to stay current with mental health trends and best practices that benefit patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate discharge planning and aftercare services for patients transitioning from more intensive levels of care.
• Assist in refining therapeutic methodologies and contribute to the development of new programs based on ongoing client feedback and community needs.

Our patient population is diverse, representing a broad range of ages, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will work with clients who may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, tailoring your therapeutic approach to the individual needs of each patient. Your role is crucial in providing evidence-based interventions that lead to positive mental health outcomes and facilitate personal growth for your clients.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Valid and active licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and adherence to clinical standards and regulations.

While not mandatory, experience in community health settings or working with diverse populations will be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred, as this enhances our ability to provide effective care from a distance.

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
