Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervisor / RN Duties
    • Oversee home care services to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
    • Develop and manage care plans for clients
    • Perform client assessments and reassessments
    • Ensure proper clinical documentation and compliance
  • Care Coordination
    • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families
