We are searching for a high-performing VP of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth across our growing Florida portfolio. This is a fast-paced, high-impact executive role built for a closer โ someone who knows how to build census organically, develop authentic referral relationships, and move with urgency in a competitive senior living market.

What You'll Do
โข Own and execute a results-driven sales and marketing strategy across all Colliers Florida communities
โข Build and grow organic referral networks โ hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, faith communities, and local organizations โ through genuine relationship-building, not paid referral dependency
โข Champion rate integrity across all communities โ ensuring consistent, honest pricing that protects the brand, builds family trust, and supports long-term financial health
โข Travel extensively throughout Florida to support community sales teams, drive performance, and maintain a strong market presence
โข Lead with urgency โ identify and convert high-quality leads with a strong closure rate
โข Coach, mentor, and hold community-level Marketing Directors accountable to their individual occupancy and revenue goals
โข Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and occupancy data to adjust strategy in real time
โข Report directly to executive leadership on census performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts
โข Represent Colliers at industry events, senior care conferences, and community outreach initiatives
What We're Looking For
โข Assisted living experience is required โ you must understand the sales cycle, the emotional journey of families, and the urgency of census management
โข 5+ years in a senior living sales leadership role with a proven, high closure rate
โข Deep commitment to rate integrity โ you understand that discounting erodes trust and long-term value
โข Demonstrated ability to build referral pipelines organically โ strong existing relationships with healthcare and community partners
โข Thrives in a fast-paced environment and holds themselves and their teams accountable to results
โข Willing and able to travel extensively throughout Florida โ valid driver's license required
โข Executive presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Compensation
โข $150,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience
