• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear therapeutic goals and interventions catered to each client's specific needs.
• Collaborate with a treatment team to create and execute client-centered treatment strategies, ensuring coordinated care across disciplines.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in urgent need.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation following ethical guidelines to track client progress and treatment effectiveness.

As an LMFT at Easy Health Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families from varying backgrounds and life experiences. You will address a wide array of mental health issues, catering your therapeutic techniques to meet the distinct needs of each client. This role emphasizes building strong therapeutic relationships to foster trust and facilitate effective healing journeys.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect compassionately with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote, multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in a community health clinic or similar mental health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and tools.
• Experience working with a diverse population and knowledge of cultural competency in therapy.
