Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to identify patientsโ€™ mental health needs, utilizing solution-based psychotherapy techniques that facilitate positive outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based interventions tailored to meet the specific circumstances and goals of each client.
  • Maintain meticulous and current clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and accountability in all patient interactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team composed of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and integrated patient care.
  • Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve care quality and share best practices among colleagues.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with knowledge and resources necessary to navigate their respective journeys.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of clinical social work, integrating new insights into existing practices to optimize treatment effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work predominantly with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment issues associated with chronic illness. Our diverse patient population includes individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and life stages, all of whom are seeking support and guidance to improve their mental well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Possession of a valid LCSW license in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, with a focus on solution-based methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team framework.
