• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services via secure platforms, accommodating clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring all client information is kept confidential.

Your work will primarily involve supporting clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including experience providing therapy to clients of color or members of the LGBTQIA community is highly desirable.

While not mandatory, experience working within community health settings or private practices, particularly involving substance use challenges and trauma-informed care, will be considered an asset. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
