This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, utilizing telehealth technology to reach clients in need. The remote setting is designed to provide maximum flexibility while reducing the stress of commuting. • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date with advancements in mental health treatment.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to help clients navigate various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your tailored therapeutic techniques will directly contribute to improving client outcomes and fostering resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in at least one U.S. state.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is mandatory.
• Experience working with diverse adult and/or youth populations is essential.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma therapy is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in using multiple therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs.

The salary for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, with the potential for additional bonuses. Benefits include:
