• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for individual clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique mental health needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), with an empathetic approach that empowers clients to enhance their resilience and find hope in their journey toward better mental health.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, thus upholding the professionalism and ethical practice that our center is known for.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care that integrates diverse expertise and perspectives.

Our diverse clientele consists of individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. By employing a client-centered approach, you will actively collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment strategies aimed at helping them achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, underscoring your dedication to academic excellence in mental health.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada, showcasing your commitment to professional standards.
