This position is fundamentally remote, enabling flexibility while maintaining a strong support system through our outpatient office in Cape Coral. You will have access to modern technological tools for telehealth sessions, facilitating both client engagement and documentation processes. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify patient issues, diagnose conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mental health and personal growth.
• Utilize current practices outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders to formulate realistic treatment objectives.
• Employ diverse counseling techniques, including individual, group, and family interventions, emphasizing culturally sensitive practices to address the varied backgrounds of our clientele.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, focusing on intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics that influence patient outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation through electronic health records (EHR) and manage data flow for telehealth services to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and adapt strategies during follow-up sessions to foster enduring positive change.

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and adolescents. • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a relevant field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining compliance with internal credentialing requirements and applicable regulations.
• Strong understanding of theoretical frameworks, therapeutic modalities, and assessment techniques.
• Experience serving varied demographics, demonstrating effective communication and counseling skills tailored to individual needs.

• Experience working in outpatient settings with the ability to engage clients in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a proactive approach to client management.
• A history of service within interdisciplinary teams, enhancing care through collaboration and shared knowledge.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 91,000 to USD 104,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. We also offer a SIGN-ON BONUS to qualified candidates.
