• Conduct compassionate and ethical mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.

Our client base primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a variety of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice without supervision, as well as a clean disciplinary record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Proficient in using technology, with strong computer skills including familiarity with video conferencing tools.
• Access to a reliable internet connection along with a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for conducting online sessions.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
