• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, adapting to shifts in their circumstances and progress.
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, ensuring appropriate interventions are integrated into client care as necessary.
• Facilitate referrals to additional services including community resources, support groups, or specialized mental health providers to enhance patient well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as either LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and families effectively.

Elevance Counseling LLC offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus up to $1,000 as an incentive for qualified candidates.
