Requirements Manager & Department Program Manager
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple tasks under a services contract supporting enterprise architecture, requirements analysis, and knowledge management. This role is critical to ensuring effective risk management framework (RMF) processes for Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals, establishing standards, and delivering modeling and simulation support for US Air Force pilot and battlespace awareness training. The position focuses on requirements management and the development of innovative solutions for Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training environments.
What You'll Work On:
  • Lead contract tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely status updates and accurate accounting.
  • Manage resources, track budgets, and develop spend plan projections.
  • Facilitate collaboration between contractors, government, and external organizations.
  • Implement web-based tools for status tracking and deliverable accounting.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of in-house requirements management and deficiency reporting tools.
  • Standardize requirements management processes for LVC training environments.
  • Interpret and translate warfighter capability needs into actionable requirements.
  • Support enterprise architecture, requirements analysis, knowledge management, and RMF for ATO approvals.
  • Establish and maintain standards, provide modeling & simulation support, and ensure effective task leadership.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience with program management
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in IT
  • DoD 8570.01 M-IAT II certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with US Air Force training programs.
  • Experience with LVC training environments and modeling & simulation technologies.
  • Experience in requirements management and process improvement
  • Knowledge of web-based tool development and implementation.
  • Possession of excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Project management Certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
