This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while still providing essential support to clients at our detox center. As a key member of our treatment team, you will engage in virtual sessions, collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, and utilize digital health resources to deliver effective interventions and support.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients facing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, using a comprehensive understanding of individualized treatment plans.
• Engage in team-based approaches to treatment, participating actively in case reviews and strategic planning meetings that focus on client needs and outcomes.
• Utilize collaborative and respectful communication techniques with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity in therapeutic approaches.
• Operate seamlessly within the frameworks of our organization and community systems, adhering to both ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly assess client progress through updated evaluations, modifying intervention strategies as needed to enhance recovery outcomes.

Your primary focus will be clients within the detox program, who are navigating complex emotional and psychological issues related to substance use and related disorders. The diverse client population includes individuals from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges and requiring tailored therapeutic approaches. As a clinician, you will be instrumental in providing crisis management and risk assessments to ensure that clients feel supported and safe throughout their recovery process.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Solid understanding of therapeutic assessments, diagnoses, and treatment strategies tailored for specific client populations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate insights and recommendations effectively.
• Strong organizational abilities, with a keen focus on managing multiple cases and maintaining thorough documentation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinician, ideally within substance use disorders or mental health treatment settings.
• Experience working in a remote healthcare environment, utilizing technology to facilitate care delivery.
• Familiarity with best practices in crisis intervention and risk assessment methodologies.

• Competitive base salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 90,000 annually.
