Peak Social Worker Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our remote team. In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in guiding clients toward improved mental health through personalized therapy interventions. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your home while providing critical mental health services. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Implementing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to foster healing and growth.
• Developing and executing personalized treatment plans that clearly define goals and interventions tailored to each client.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless and coordinated care.
• Participating in case consultations with the treatment team to create and execute client-centered treatment strategies.
• Offering crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in alignment with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help guide these clients through their struggles, enhancing their emotional well-being and fostering resilience. Your role will be crucial in promoting positive family dynamics and individual growth.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

While not required, experience with trauma-informed care, cultural competency in therapy approaches, and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be advantageous in this role.
