• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings via telehealth to evaluate clients' mental health issues and establish treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique psychological and emotional challenges.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure clients receive integrated and comprehensive care.
• Educate and support clients' families to promote a community-oriented approach to recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with ethical and regulatory standards.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise or specialized training in mental health counseling.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices in managing various mental health disorders.
• Outstanding therapeutic and counseling skills with a knack for building rapport and motivating clients.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Experience in remote counseling and familiarity with telehealth technologies is preferred.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as veterans, at-risk youth, or individuals with co-occurring disorders.
• Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in mental health practice, especially in a remote setting.
