The role is located within a supportive Detox Center, ensuring a focused environment for treatment and recovery.

• Conduct direct clinical interventions both in virtual settings and through community outreach, supporting clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disturbances.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct initial screenings and assessments, determining the most appropriate treatment plan for each client.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring continuous access to necessary linked services, and actively engaging with families and other healthcare providers in care coordination.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.
• Assist with crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support and developing safety plans to address client emergencies.
• Regularly monitor client progress, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and ensure compliance with all professional and organizational standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and committees to evaluate service delivery effectiveness and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

The LCSW will work primarily with clients in the detox and recovery process, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds. Our patient population often includes adult clients struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and those living in vulnerable conditions. The LCSW's compassionate understanding of these challenges will be pivotal in creating a supportive environment that encourages healing and empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, alongside a valid LCSW license.
• Expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions, as well as comprehensive risk assessment and crisis management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong organizational and planning skills, to ensure effective client interaction and collaboration.
• A proven track record of working respectfully with a diverse client base, understanding the unique needs of various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with the assigned populations. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches and integrated care models is highly desirable. Experience working in a remote setting or previous telehealth experience can enhance the candidate's suitability for this role.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, reflecting the skills and experience of the selected candidate.
