Job description

About the role:

As a Manager, Supply Chain Resiliency, you will lead the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Westinghouse's enterprise Supply Chain Resiliency (SCR) Program. You will oversee a team of Supply Chain Resiliency Program Leads and guide proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, alternate source development, supplier risk governance, and business continuity programs across the global supply chain. You will report to the Senior Manager, Category Management, COE and work remote. 100% Remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the enterprise Supply Chain Resiliency (SCR) Program, ensuring agreement on our priorities, supply chain strategies, and enterprise risk management goals.

  • Manage a team of Supply Chain Resiliency Program Leads, establishing priorities, allocating resources, and driving accountability for program execution and results.

  • Establish and maintain SCR governance processes, performance metrics mechanisms to monitor supply chain risks, mitigation activities, and program effectiveness.

  • Guide enterprise-wide identification, assessment, and mitigation of supplier, category, and component risks, including financial, operational, quality, capacity, geopolitical, cybersecurity, regulatory, and business continuity risks.

  • Partner with Category Management leadership to prioritize sole-source, single-source, constrained, and high-risk categories requiring mitigation planning and alternate source development.

  • Provide strategic oversight of market intelligence, supplier landscape assessments, and alternate source identification activities to strengthen supply continuity and reduce supply chain vulnerabilities.

  • Lead collaboration with Category Management, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Materials, Supplier Performance Engineering (SPE), Account Management, and Project Procurement Management (PPM) teams. This collaboration aims to develop and implement risk mitigation solutions.

  • Support the implementation, and continuous improvement of Supplier Risk Management (SRM) processes, tools, dashboards, standards, and governance frameworks.

  • Oversee SCR projects, ensuring agreement to milestones, identifying bottlenecks, escalating risks, and supporting issue resolution.

  • Analyze supplier risk data, project metrics, Power BI dashboards, and operational performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and new risks requiring leadership attention.

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, business reviews, presentations, and communications regarding supply chain resiliency performance, important risks, mitigation progress, and program outcomes.

  • Guide process standardization, best practices, training, and continuous improvement projects

  • Support strategic supplier governance, business continuity, operational resilience, and supply chain transformation programs across the organization.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, category management, supplier management, operations, engineering, quality, project management, or related disciplines

  • 5+ years of team leadership, program management, or project leadership experience

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving enterprise-wide initiatives preferred

  • CSCP, CPSM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar supply chain, procurement, risk management, project management, or continuous improvement certifications preferred.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $100,800to $126,000 per year.
