Description Summary: The Wealth Planner will be responsible for delivering planning to clients with a net worth of $1-10M. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning services, conducting in-depth discovery conversations, and partnering with both clients and wealth advisors to design and implement comprehensive wealth strategies. Duties And Responsibilities Lead financial planning engagements for clients with a net worth of $1-10M.

Conduct thorough discovery conversations to identify client goals, values, and financial objectives. Develop, present, and review customized financial plans, incorporating retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management strategies. Collaborate closely with internal wealth advisors to support client relationship management and plan implementation.

Provide mentorship, training, and guidance to wealth advisors on financial planning best practices and effective discovery techniques. Ensure all financial plans meet compliance and regulatory requirements and reflect the firm's planning philosophy. Stay informed of industry trends, tax laws, and planning strategies to provide clients with cutting-edge advice.

Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree CFP designation preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong coaching and presentation abilities.
