Job description

We are looking for a Fusion Risk Management Consultant to support a Contract engagement in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position will focus on strengthening data quality, compliance oversight, and system administration practices within the Fusion environment. The consultant will help organize critical records, improve reporting reliability, and equip internal teams with practical documentation and training resources for ongoing platform use.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the population of organizational and continuity-related records in Fusion using approved source information and established data standards.
• Convert legacy records into the Fusion platform and complete manual entry for information that cannot be transferred through automated methods.
• Review migrated and newly entered data to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the system.
• Track data discrepancies, missing elements, and quality concerns, then document recommended corrective actions for stakeholder follow-up.
• Create user-focused training materials that support both administrators and day-to-day users of the Fusion platform.
• Develop standard operating procedures covering record maintenance, user access administration, role assignment, reporting practices, and data governance expectations.
• Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions as needed to help internal personnel manage ongoing system administration and data maintenance responsibilities.
• Prepare clear written summaries and reports that support compliance monitoring, risk visibility, and operational decision-making.• Experience working with Fusion Risk Management or a similar business continuity, risk, or compliance platform.
• Background in IT risk, compliance, or related governance functions within regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data migration, data validation, and manual record population with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of compliance risk principles, due diligence practices, and control-oriented documentation standards.
• Familiarity with AML or broader regulatory compliance concepts that support risk management programs.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills, including the ability to produce user guides and operating procedures.
• Ability to analyze data issues, identify remediation needs, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
