This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions via our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. You will be part of a supportive virtual team environment, collaborating with other mental health professionals while implementing innovative solutions to address the mental wellness needs of our clients.

• Conduct and document comprehensive risk assessments for clients to identify potential crisis factors and develop individualized safety plans.
• Manage crisis alerts and effectively coordinate with county crisis services, ensuring that participants receive timely interventions when needed.
• Facilitate seamless transitions for clients between hospital care and outpatient services, including coordinated care with hospital personnel to support client discharges.
• Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation techniques as the Clinician of the Day to offer immediate support to individuals experiencing high levels of distress.
• Ensure that all documentation is completed on the same day for clients at risk of requiring crisis services, and prepare critical incident reports within 24 hours when necessary.
• Be available for after-hours phone support on an alternating basis to provide care coordination assistance at critical times.
• Engage proactively with clients to develop strategies that help bypass the need for crisis interventions, emphasizing preventative measures.
• Perform any additional duties as requested by organizational leadership to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By offering personalized care and utilizing evidence-based practices, you will facilitate each client's journey towards recovery and personal growth.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field, such as Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• Extensive experience in mental health counseling with a strong commitment to client-centered care.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred, showcasing your adaptability to digital communication and therapeutic practices.
• A proven track record of implementing effective crisis intervention strategies and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
