Goldberg Segalla is a national civil litigation law firm that represents major national and regional companies and insurance carriers in all aspects of business counseling, risk assessment and dispute resolution including representation in various types of claims, controversies and litigation involving personal and other injuries, property damage, contract disputes and business torts. THE POSITION Goldberg Segalla seeks an Employment and Labor Partner with a portable book of business to join our expanding Chicago office.

This position is also open to partner candidates that will work remote but are based in Illinois. Our Employment and Labor Practice Group represents employers in a full range of labor and employment matters, viewing representation as a strategic partnership focused on risk management, compliance counseling, and effective dispute resolution. We support clients with day to day guidance, employment counseling, traditional labor relations, and defense of claims involving discrimination, wage and hour matters, wrongful termination, and regulatory compliance.

The QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of experience representing employers in employment and labor matters Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and handle matters independently Portable book of business required Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Admission to the Illinois bar THE BENEFITS The annualized salary range for this position is $110,000 to $250,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses and a full benefits package.
