POSITION SUMMARY

LBMC Employment Partners, LLCis looking for a self-motivated, exceptional team player to join our team as Business Consultant with proven experience in HR outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce CRM, and have a solid understanding of UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) HR software. This role focuses on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals with businesses seeking to streamline HR processes, payroll, benefits, and compliance through outsourcing solutions

PRIMARY DUTIES | RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and target businesses in need of PEO or HR outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their HR needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Use Salesforce to manage sales cycles, track leads, and report on pipeline progress.
  • Present HR outsourcing services, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, risk management, and HR technology solutions like UKG Ready.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Work closely with marketing and service/operations teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of PEO experience preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets PEO or HR Outsourcing industry
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Familiarity with UKG Ready or other HRIS systems
  • Ability to aggressively prospect for new business
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
  • Established network of businesses and associations in their area of residence.
