Job description

Liberty Solutions has a client with an immediate need for a Senior Epic MyChart Analyst. This resource is needed to support day-to-day MyChart operations, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain momentum on current MyChart initiatives. The client is live on MyChart Bedside and are actively working on expanding MyChart Bedside to additional locations. The initial contract length is 6 months and the role is 100% remote.
Required Experience and Certifications Needed
Required:
• Epic MyChart certified with 5+ years of hands-on Epic MyChart analyst experience
• Experience with MyChart Bedside.
• Prior experience supporting day-to-day MyChart operations.
• Experience troubleshooting MyChart issues in a live production environment.
• Ability to work independently and quickly ramp into an active support environment.
• Healthcare IT experience, preferably with a hospital or health system.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with limited oversight.
Strongly preferred:
• Experience supporting MyChart Bedside expansion or rollout work.
• Ability to start quickly.
• Prior experience covering for a lead analyst or stepping into urgent backfill situations.
 Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with patient portal optimization.
• Experience supporting MyChart workflows across multiple hospitals or facilities.
• Experience working with lean internal teams.
• Familiarity with MyChart mobile/digital patient engagement workflows.

This is a remote position.
