This remote position allows for a flexible work schedule, accommodating clients' needs—including availability for some evening and weekend hours. You will utilize telehealth platforms, ensuring that each session meets our high standards of care and confidentiality.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, thereby forming the foundation for treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy based on evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement cohesive, client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to encourage community and shared healing experiences.
• Provide crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans to respond to immediate client needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and record-keeping in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training programs and attending relevant workshops to enhance your clinical skills.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• A solid understanding of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices is essential.
