Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
This remote LCSW role focuses on providing consistent, meaningful therapy services to clients who need professional mental health support from the convenience of telehealth care. You will conduct virtual sessions, help clients understand patterns affecting their well-being, and guide them through practical treatment goals.
The day-to-day work includes client sessions, documentation, treatment planning, and clinical follow-up. You will have the structure of a full-time role while working remotely with clients in a professional online setting.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
  • Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges
  • Document session notes, progress updates, and treatment changes
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
