Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) | Hialeah, FL

Job Summary

This remote LMHC position focuses on providing consistent, high-quality therapy to clients who need practical mental health support. You will meet with clients virtually, help them work through emotional and behavioral concerns, and guide them through treatment plans that are realistic and goal-based. The role is designed for a counselor who can balance strong clinical judgment with clear communication. You will spend your time providing therapy, completing documentation, and helping clients make steady progress from session to session.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth counseling sessions with assigned clients
  • Assess mental health concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment goals
  • Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and clinical best practices
  • Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, adjustment issues, and relationship challenges
  • Document sessions, treatment updates, and clinical notes accurately
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards

Requirements

  • Active Florida LMHC license in good standing
