You will engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Utilizing advanced telehealth technology, you will conduct sessions and collaborate effectively from the comfort of your home. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify each patient's unique needs and concerns.
• Work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and incorporating culturally sensitive elements into the therapeutic process.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in a variety of settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention services, enabling immediate support for patients facing acute distress, and ensure seamless coordination with other healthcare providers for ongoing care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, while adhering to our clinic's policies and compliance standards.
• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the tools needed to effectively manage mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to create a multi-faceted approach to comprehensive patient care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's health are addressed.
• Conduct routine outcome assessments to gauge the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments, tailored to each patient’s evolving needs.
• Stay informed on the latest research, emerging trends, and best practices in the mental health field, actively incorporating this knowledge into your clinical practice.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines, safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of all patient information.

Our clinic specializes in providing mental health services to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and their families. You will be working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds and unique life experiences, which will require sensitivity, understanding, and an ability to adapt your clinical approach to best serve each client.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse patient population.

• Previous experience in a mental health setting with a focus on family therapy and youth services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.
• Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment methodologies.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered will vary based on various factors including geographical location, work experience, and educational background. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
