• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health challenges and strengths.
• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear objectives and personalized interventions, regularly evaluating progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal, client-centered care.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to promote community support and foster recovery.
• Provide crisis intervention support when required, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients through risk assessments and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong foundation in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment strategies.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
