Position Overview

Mountain Side Health Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position provides the opportunity to deliver critical mental health support to individuals and families in need, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care and advocacy necessary for their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
  • Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing effective evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that incorporate specific goals, interventions, and progress monitoring to support clients' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamโ€”including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managersโ€”to create integrated and holistic care plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to mitigate immediate concerns.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to crucial community resources, providing necessary case management support to enhance their care pathways.
  • Engage in community outreach activities aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma, fostering a more supportive environment for clients.

As an LCSW at Mountain Side Health Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that reflects the broad cultural and socioeconomic spectrum of the Chicago area. Qualifications

Competitive compensation in the range of USD 70,000 โ€“ 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience, is offered.
