Job description

At arrivia, we have already integrated AI into our daily toolkit, but we are ready to take the next leap. We are moving beyond manual prompting and into the intentional design, build, and deployment of autonomous AI agents that automate complex work and scale our impact across the globe.
As our AI Agent Builder, working in a fully remote capacity with our global teams, you will architect the workflows that define how our marketing, brand, and analytics teams evolve. This is a high-autonomy role where you will act as an internal consultant, translating business challenges into sophisticated, agent-based solutions that drive real-world results.
The Work You'll Lead
  • Architecting Workflows: Design multi-step agent architectures that automate recurring marketing, analytics, and operational tasks.
  • Building & Maintaining: Develop and "fine-tune" AI agents, copilots, and subject-matter expert agents that integrate directly into our marketing ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Innovation: Partner with Performance, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to identify and prioritize high-impact automation-from email code optimization and brand voice consistency to lead quality analysis.
  • Enablement: Develop reusable agent frameworks, templates, and prompt standards that ensure our outputs are accurate, actionable, and secure.

What We're Looking For
You are a rare blend: a systems thinker who understands marketing strategy and a builder who can create the automation to support it.
Technical Requirements:
  • Programming: 5+ years of high proficiency with Python, JSON, and JavaScript.
  • AI Platforms: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot, and agent-enabling platforms (e.g., Claude, Codex, n8n).
  • Connectivity: Deep expertise in APIs and Webhooks is essential for connecting agents to our tech stack.
  • Web & Data: Proficiency in HTML & CSS for email optimization and experience managing databases like SQL or Firebase.

The Extra Edge:
  • MarTech Mastery: Experience with Marketo and/or Tealium is a significant advantage.
  • Agent Logic: A strong grasp of Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging agentic design patterns.

Why arrivia?
We are a global travel technology leader focused on building a customer-first culture fueled by innovation. While we operate on a global scale, this specific role is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with our international teams from anywhere.
We provide an environment where you can own your impact and see your builds move the needle for a global audience. If you are driven to stay curious and want to lead the charge in applied AI, the adventure is only beginning.
Our Core Values:
  • Stay Curious - Explore new challenges and make space to learn.
  • Keep it Real - Earn trust through open, honest communication.
  • Own it - Seek ways to make an impact and take action.
  • Win Together - Create a culture of connection and inclusion.
