As a counselor with Silver Way Rehabilitation Center, you will primarily work with stable adult clients who experience low acuity mental health concerns. Every client is pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for remote counseling services, which allows you to focus on individuals looking for support in everyday challenges rather than severe mental health crises. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) that allows for independent practice.
• Proven ability to create effective treatment plans and demonstrate strong clinical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficient in using technology, including video conferencing software and electronic health records management systems.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling role is preferred.
• Experience working within a community health setting or similar environment.
• A background in delivering solution-focused treatment and utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
