Job Summary

Saybrus Partners is seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Consultant to lead marketing initiatives supporting our life insurance and annuity solutions.
This is a high-impact, fully remote role where you'll partner across Saybrus' channel management and external partners to develop and deliver marketing programs that drive advisor engagement and business growth.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial services marketing, excels at translating complex concepts into clear messaging, and is comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution. This role also involves collaboration with sales managers and contacts at Saybrus' key partners, and regular opportunities to present to senior leadership.Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Partner with sales and channel leadership to identify opportunities that drive advisor engagement and revenue growth
  • Create clear, compelling messaging that simplifies complex life insurance and annuity concepts for advisors and clients
  • Develop and deliver marketing content including brochures, sales collateral, presentations, email campaigns, social media, web content, and case studies
  • Track campaign performance, lead generation and results to ensure effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance requirements are consistently met
  • Support product or initiative launches with positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing programs that align with partner goals and requirements
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory standards
  • Develop targeted strategies for key distribution partners, market segments, and focus firms
  • Contribute to advisor and internal training initiatives through marketing and educational content


Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services
  • Life insurance and/or annuity experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of advisor distribution channels (independent, broker-dealer, RIA, etc.)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital + traditional)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Active Campaign, etc.)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strategic thinker who can build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment
  • High attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment

Salary

  • Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000
  • Salary offers will varycommensuratewith experience, education, skills, and training
