This remote position offers an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 based on your experience and qualifications. This full-time position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to manage your schedule while working with clients from the comfort of your home. Our outpatient office serves as our central hub, facilitating collaboration among our mental health professionals. You will have the flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some adjustments to accommodate patient needs. As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to inform personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address client needs.
• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care for clients, facilitating discussions around case management and treatment adjustments.
• Engaging in routine case consultations and participating in peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care offered.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

You will work with a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A solid understanding of various solution-based psychotherapy interventions, allowing for a personalized approach to each client's care.
