San Francisco Mental Health Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our fully remote and dynamic outpatient team in Fontana, California. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities
  • Multi-disciplinary Collaboration: Engage regularly with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and substance abuse counselors, to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Client Monitoring: Consistently monitor client progress and conduct follow-up sessions ensuring ongoing support and adaptation to their therapeutic needs.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices that best suit the unique dynamics of each client.
  • Assessments: Conduct initial and subsequent assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and develop individualized treatment strategies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans within our secure digital health record system.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will serve a wide array of clients dealing with complex issues including but not limited to, relationship conflicts, family dynamics, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health disorders. Your expertise will help individuals and families reclaim resilience and foster enduring relationships.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • A valid and active license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California, without any suspensions or probationary periods.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient mental health setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to create a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment for clients.
  • Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to facilitate effective treatment planning.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with digital therapy tools and electronic health records to enhance client management.
  • Track record of achieving positive outcomes with diverse client populations.
