Position: Software Expert – Office Suite Type: Hourly contract

Compensation:

Up to $100/hour

Location:

Remote (must have access to a physical Mac)

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Record screen sessions demonstrating real-world workflows in professional software with clear verbal narration. Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements. Follow staging instructions to configure specific UI states before recording tasks. Use custom screen capture and annotation tools to document workflows accurately. Adhere strictly to task guidelines to ensure consistency, precision, and data usability. Produce high-quality recordings and annotations suitable for large-scale AI training.

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of professional Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. High attention to detail and ability to follow precise, step-by-step instructions.
