• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' needs, strengths, and barriers, utilizing remote telehealth platforms to facilitate thorough evaluations.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative approaches adjusted for a virtual setting.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and timely clinical documentation through electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in collaborative case management with interdisciplinary teams, conducting virtual consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate in regular peer reviews and case discussions via video conferencing to share insights, assess treatment progress, and enhance therapeutic techniques.
• Provide client education on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, utilizing digital communication tools to facilitate understanding and support.
• Stay abreast of the latest mental health trends and research by engaging in virtual training sessions and webinars, integrating new knowledge into your practice.

In this role, you will work primarily with students and their families, who may be experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your effective therapeutic interventions will play a critical role in helping clients navigate these challenges and improve their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic modalities and an understanding of how to adapt these for remote care delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients through virtual interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and navigate challenges associated with remote therapy.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team-oriented environment.

• Experience working with youth and families, particularly in a school or educational setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote clinical engagement.
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining high standards of care.
