• Provide remote therapeutic interventions for individuals and families experiencing crises, ensuring immediate support and care.
• Collaborate proactively with first responders in crisis situations, which may involve guiding them through the necessary steps for appropriate patient care, including potential transportation of clients to suitable care facilities.
• Lead the mobile crisis intervention team from a clinical perspective, offering instruction and support to team members while ensuring a high standard of care.
• Conduct thorough assessments that help create an accurate clinical picture of the client’s needs, leading to effective treatment recommendations tailored to individual circumstances.
• Make informed referrals for further placements, encourages preventative care, aftercare services, and case management as needed.
• Stay current with community resources relevant to mental health care to assist clients in accessing additional support when necessary.

This role caters to a wide range of client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our therapists are equipped to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, ensuring that every client receives compassionate, individualized support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to assess complex scenarios effectively.
• Solid understanding of adolescent mental health issues and co-occurring disorders.
• Capable of working effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Previous involvement in crisis intervention or emergency response is highly desirable.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary team collaboration to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Knowledge of telehealth tools and client management systems, and experience utilizing such technologies to facilitate virtual therapy sessions.
