As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work in a remote setting that offers flexibility and convenience while still providing the structured support required to address client needs effectively. While the role is remote, you will be part of a cohesive outpatient team that collaborates regularly to ensure the most effective care for our clients.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices to address a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Complete thorough assessments that take into account each client's unique history, circumstances, and preferences to guide the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention during urgent situations, offering immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.
• Engage in psychoeducation to inform clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Coordinate care with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive and holistic support for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible for review.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health research, trends, and best practices to enhance the services provided to clients.
• Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuing education to further develop personal and professional skills.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic concepts and techniques.
• Active LPC license issued by the state board, allowing independent practice and enabling you to serve clients effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Capability to work well in an interdisciplinary team environment, fostering collaboration and shared goals among colleagues.
• Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services to a range of populations, enhancing our ability to connect with and support clients.
• A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and fostering a respectful therapeutic environment.

• Experience working with military veterans and their families is highly desirable, as it enhances understanding of the specific challenges this population faces.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and teletherapy tools, which will be used in remote client sessions.
• Knowledge of current trends in mental health treatment modalities.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
