What You'll Do
- Meet virtually with qualified prospects via Zoom or phone
- Conduct retirement income and protection consultations
- Recommend life insurance and annuity solutions based on each client's goals
- Educate clients on tax-efficient retirement strategies and income planning
- Build lasting client relationships through annual reviews and ongoing service
- Maintain compliance with carrier and state insurance regulations
- Continue developing your expertise through ongoing training and professional development
Required
- Active resident Life Insurance License in good standing
- Ability to pass carrier appointment and background screening
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to serving clients with integrity and professionalism
Preferred
- One or more years of experience in life insurance, annuities, or financial services
- Experience conducting virtual appointments
- Background in consultative or needs-based sales
- Interest in retirement income planning and tax-efficient wealth strategies
Compensation
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor position.
Compensation is based on individual production and includes:
