Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status through detailed interviews and standardized assessment tools, enabling tailored treatment planning.
  • Provide individualized psychotherapy covering various conditions, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD, utilizing modalities best suited to each patient.
  • Collaboratively develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are culturally competent, taking into account the unique backgrounds and specific needs of each patient.
  • Monitor ongoing patient progress via regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies based on patient responses and input from a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work primarily with adult patients dealing with complex mental health issues, ranging from substance use disorders to mood and anxiety disorders. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
