This position is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while providing high-quality care to our clients. As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with other mental health professionals through video conferencing platforms and secure digital communication tools to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive support for our clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' backgrounds, mental health issues, and treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, adapting methodologies based on client needs and feedback.
• Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Offer steadfast support and motivation to clients, empowering them to confront and navigate their emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices and regulations to uphold best practices in counseling.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of client populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of different backgrounds will be essential in delivering effective care tailored to individual experiences.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor in Virginia.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations, showcasing cultural competence and understanding of various socio-economic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate effective remote client interactions.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling would be advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
