As a Mental Health Counselor at Rethink Counseling, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and challenges.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Delivering various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Providing teletherapy sessions through our secure platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility barriers.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions to uphold clinical standards and confidentiality.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training programs to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

You will work with diverse clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport building with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to counseling.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently within a remote setting.
