The Role

We currently have an opening for a Business Development Manager, Alternative Channels in the Pacific Northwest territory.  The Business Development Manager leads the development of business solutions with customers such as Transcold, Arya, Harbor Wholesale Foods, Big Bell, Polka Dot Dairy, and other distributors.  The main goal is to generate more revenue for the company while also achieving profit and trade spend objectives.  The BDM will manage both distributor and retail accounts across the small format channels while supporting the organizations branded & private label initiatives.

  • Mobile Vending development and private label execution
  • Retail account development; Awareness of Customer Strategy and Performance; Knows customer policies and procedures

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years Account Selling experience with a CPG company required
  • Must live in the California market
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player

  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $115,295 to $162,013 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
