Role Overview

Creator is seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Specialist to join our agency services team. This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns for a wide range of clients. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to help deliver measurable results.


As a Campaign Specialist, you'll work closely with Campaign Managers to ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish, from influencer recruitment to reporting. You'll also gain hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms, while contributing directly to client success and overall team performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Help Campaign Managers plan, manage and execute influencer & affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Work with Campaign Managers to Identify client goals and work to identify the KPIs and strategy to meet them
  • Help Campaign Managers to Scope campaigns deliverables & timelines based upon KPIs and client budget
  • Work within a team to help and manage campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign results, and work with Campaign Managers to provide insightful learnings and action oriented plans when performance is not on pace to target
  • Deliver time based reports to our Campaign Managers and clients
  • Support teammates collaboratively when possible/needed
  • Become proficient in using our influencer marketing platform to recruit influencers, execute campaigns and track results
  • Work on and manage campaigns on affiliate partnership platforms
  • Communicate feedback to all team members consistently and effectively
  • Continually look for ways to improve processes and implementation


Qualifications

  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or relevant college diploma
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a client success or influencer/affiliate marketing role
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis best practices, and experience performing and presenting data breakdowns

Compensation Range

  • We offer a starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000 CAD
  • Total compensation includes salary, performance bonuses, benefits, and additional perks.
